Beijing Java User Group

组成
我们的正式名称：北京Java用户组，Beijing Java User Group，简称BJUG或JavaParty。创建时间为2004年5月，此前已经举行聚会约25次。我们非营利的民间技术团体。

我们的价值观，交流，反馈，分享，贡献
我们的目标，交流经验，锻炼口才，提高能力，结交朋友，建立社群，推动IT大环境的发展

成员
我们认为参加活动的成员都已经熟悉UML,XML,Java语法等基础知识，已经了基础的模式，能够接受敏捷方法。在这些基础上，才进行我们更深入的交流

参加2次以上聚会或者在聚会上讲过topic的人为核心组织成员。我们通过邀请或推荐来增加新成员。所有的成员都应该承担相应的义务，我们不欢迎光索取不付出的人。

目前Group的成员来自北京多家公司，都是高级程序员、项目经理、分析师、架构师等。具有多年的开发一线的经验

活动

Our group was found in June, 2004. At the very beginning, there were only 5 members, now we have expanded to more than 30 members attending the salon.

We talked about everything in the scope of IT. Recently, we discussed the Metadata, Usability, Enterprise Java Development, JDK5 new features, Functor Programming, Workflow, and Open Source Tools.

We gather every month. Now we have established a partnership with Beijing Open Party (http://www.beijing-open-party.org), having a monthly event together.
Our values are “Sharing, Contribution, Communication and Feedback“. Every one in the group should contribution topics. People who do not speak at the discussion are not welcome, that means, no contributes no gains.

Only those who are invited by one of members can join the group. The goal of our gathering is to make a society network. We connect friends of friends. And finally we will form a widely environment for technical communication in beijing.

We provide a platform for the individuals to show themselves. One prepares and summarizes his knowledge, show it on the presentation, and it will improve himself.
